This is an opportunity to get in early with a well-funded, U.S.-based iGaming startup operating in the sweepstakes and social casino space. You’ll manage high-value player relationships and help shape the VIP function from the ground up.
Responsibility
Manage day-to-day interactions with VIP players
Monitor player engagement and upsell relevant offers
Deliver white-glove service via phone, chat, and personalised comms
Collaborate with promotions and CRM teams to improve retention
Track VIP KPIs and contribute to loyalty program design
Requirement
2+ years in iGaming or loyalty-based customer success roles
Confident communicator with high emotional intelligence
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience with remote, startup, or fast-paced environments
