Job Description
We’re hiring a Senior Game Producer for one of the fastest-scaling real-money games studios in North America. This studio is known for its cinematic slots, deep mechanics, and creative firepower. You’ll lead slot production from concept through delivery, bridging design, art, and dev functions.
Responsibility
- Own production schedules across multiple game titles
- Translate creative direction into detailed game specs and GDDs
- Manage stakeholders across product, creative, and engineering
- Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality game delivery
- Contribute to roadmap planning and process improvement
Requirement
- 4+ years producing real-money or social casino games
- Proven experience shipping multiple slot titles
- Skilled in Jira, Confluence, and managing remote creative teams
- Great communicator and problem solver
- Passion for slots, gameplay, and creative innovation
