As Head of Design (Maths), you’ll lead RNG and math model development across a diverse portfolio of games, collaborating closely with creative and technical teams.
Responsibility
- Design, balance, and validate innovative game math models
- Define RTP, volatility profiles, and feature payouts
- Work cross-functionally with game producers and engineers
- Optimise math for player engagement, regulatory compliance, and profitability
- Drive innovation in gameplay systems and core loops
Requirement
- 5+ years in math/RNG design within slots or casino gaming
- Strong portfolio of launched games with detailed model work
- Deep statistical understanding and simulation experience
- Clear communicator, able to present models to both creatives and regulators
- STEM degree preferred (Mathematics, Physics, or related)
